'Get Out Of Town' Competition Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Instructions on How to Enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. The competition is open to all financial Wesfarmers and Coles Group PlatinumPlay Members.
2. The Promotion commences on Thursday 1st December 2011 at 8:00am and closes close of business on Wednesday 29th February 2012.
3. Enter by (a) accessing the PlatinumPlay website at www.platinumplay.org.au, (b) click on Competitions and complete the on-line entry form and press submit.
4. Only fully completed entries will be accepted as valid. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will not be returned.
5. The draw will take place on Thursday 1st March 2012 at 8:30am at Coles State Office, Cnr Nicholson and Bannister Roads, Canning Vale Western Australia 6155. The first valid entry drawn will win a $2500 Flight Centre Gift Card.
6. Winners names will be published in
  (a) the March Intouch Publication at sites by the 15th March 2012,
  (b) on the PlatinumPlay website at www.platinumplay.org.au, on Thursday 1st of March 2012, and
  (c) through the e-club on Thursday 1st March 2012.
7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. The winners will be notified by phone and by mail to their employment address, and arrangements made for the Prizes to be mailed or collected by the winner from a location convenient to them. Prizes must be collected no later than the Friday 1st June 2012. In the event the prizes remains unclaimed after this date, a redraw will be undertaken on Monday 4th June 2012 at 8:30am at Coles State Office, Cnr Nicholson and Bannister Roads, Canning Vale Western Australia 6155. The winner will be notified in writing, and the name and date that the results of the redraw will be published on Tuesday 5th June 2012. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking any part of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought by the entrant.
11. All entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use entrants’ names and addresses and the winners’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and promotional purposes.
