Q. What is my membership number?
A. Your membership number is your Employee ID without the prefix zeros. For example, if your Employee ID is 00123456, your PlatinumPlay membership number is 123456.

Q. How do I order movie / theme park / attraction tickets?
A. Supply Centre tickets can be ordered online here, or call 1300 131 534 and select OPTION TWO to order by phone. Or you can send your order to us by email at TMASupplyCentre@coles.com.au

Q. How do I order concert and show tickets?

Q. I have completed my application form. How long will it take before I receive my Membership Book and Card?
A. New member applications are processed by our Memberships Department and may take several weeks to be finalised through the EDS pay system. If you are experiencing difficulties claiming benefits or entering competitions, please call us on 1300 131 534 and one of our team members will assist.

Q. Our site does not receive any PlatinumPlay information.
A. All PlatinumPlay material, including posters, newsletter, flyers and Price Lists are sent to all sites, all brands across the nation. If you cannot find any PlatinumPlay information on your noticeboard please see the team member who receives your mail and encourage them to do the right thing and pass the information on to their PlatinumPlay Site Captain.
