Terms and Conditions of Membership to the PlatinumPlay Team Member Association
- Membership to the PlatinumPlay Team Member Association is available to all current Coles Group Limited & Wesfarmers Limited (Corporate Office) Team Members across Australia in all our brands and retail functions, including but not limited to Coles Supermarkets, Bi-Lo, Pick 'n Pay, Target and Target Country, Kmart and Kmart Tyre and Auto, Officeworks, Coles Express, the Liquor Group, Harris Technology, plus all Distribution Centres, Logistics and Support, National, Head and State Offices.
- Cost for membership is $0.70 per week for wages Team Members and $3.95 per month for salaried Team Members & all Wesfarmers Limited (Corporate Office) Team Members. By submitting your online Application Form or sending us your completed hard-copy Application Form you agree to have $0.70 per week for wages or $3.95 per month for salary deducted from your wage or salary as applicable.

- To cease your membership please send a completed Resignation Form to our Membership Team at PlatinumPlay Memberships, Canning Vale, WA via the internal mail. A copy of the Resignation Form can be found in the Site Captain area of this website (access available to Site Captains only) or though Supermarkets Connect by visiting People Online>PlatinumPlay Team Member Association> Forms.
- Once your application has been processed and your deductions are finalised you will receive a Membership Pack which includes a current Membership Book and Card. Please retain your Membership Book as it contains important information on your membership, as well as a full listing of participating dining venues where you can receive 20% off the total bill up to $25, just by showing your PlatinumPlay Membership Card. Your Book also includes tear-out vouchers for various businesses including takeaways, attractions, theme parks and more. Your Membership Card can be used to claim your 20% discount from participating dining venues (maximum discount $25) and other exclusive discounts under our Show and Save offer. - Replacement Membership Books and Cards can be ordered from the Association at a cost of $3 per item. Please call 1300 131 534 and select Option Four if your Membership Book or Card has been lost or stolen and you wish to order a replacement.
- Once your application has been finalised you will be able to access online competitions, order tickets through our Supply Centre and Box Office and attend PlatinumPlay events. If you have difficulties utilising any of these offers please contact us on 1300 131 534 or email platinumplay.tma@coles.com.au
- TICKETS - CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE: The PlatinumPlay Team Member Association provides a service to purchase tickets exclusively for members of PlatinumPlay.
Tickets purchased by members cannot be re-sold to third parties, and/or advertised for sale for profit. If you have any questions regarding the conditions of purchase, please contact us at platinumplay.tma@coles.com.au
- By submitting your online Application Form or sending us a hard-copy Application Form you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Your membership may be cancelled by the PlatinumPlay Team Member Association at any time if you do not abide by these Terms and Conditions and others relative to advertised promotions and offers.
