The PlatinumPlay Team Member Association is the National VIP Benefits Program for 30,000 Team Members currently employed by Coles and Bilo Supermarkets, Coles Express, Coles Liquor, Kmart, Target, Officeworks and Harris Technology.

Our Team is strongly focused on value-adding benefits to encourage Recruitment and Retention of Team Members, as well as encouraging Recognition of efforts. Our current offers include discounted Cinema Tickets in both metro and regional areas, discounted Dining and Attraction offers from over 2500 businesses nationally, a Box Office service through ShowBiz, discounted Accommodation, Seasonal Competitions and Social Events, just to name a few.

We are continually searching to improve our offers and strive to be the market leader in our area. Our Team believe that your Business would be beneficial in helping us achieve that goal. What we would like from you is the ability to promote your business to our members, free of any charge, by providing an exclusive benefit to them. This can range from a discount to an added-value on any product or service, and for any timeframe that you would accommodate.

We communicate and advertise to our members through multiple marketing forums, including:

  • A national website, with advertising space right on our Home Page
  • Direct emails to over 11,700 members via our e-club
  • Hard copy materials sent direct to over 3,000 stores, including flyers, teasers and our monthly newsletter, Intouch
